Somewhere in your company is a spreadsheet that runs a real process: order tracking, a sales pipeline, a maintenance schedule, a commission calculation. Five people edit it at once, formulas break silently, there is no record of who changed a cell, and one wrong paste costs a day. Sharing it with customers or field staff is impossible. The person who built it has left, and nobody dares to restructure it.
What we build
We study the spreadsheet, map its sheets and formulas into a proper data model, and rebuild it as a web app in Next.js and PostgreSQL with forms, validation, user roles, change history, search, reports and exports, often with the same layout so staff feel at home. Claude reads the workbook and documents every formula and edge case, Claude Code and Cursor generate the schema, screens and tests, v0 produces clean forms and tables, and we run the old sheet and the new app side by side on real data until the totals match. Full source code on your own hosting at a fixed price that never exceeds $2,500.
