Terms of Service

Scope and price

Every project is defined by a written scope and a fixed price between $500 and $2,500. Work outside the scope is quoted separately as a new phase, also within that band.

Payments

Milestone payments are typically 40% on start, 40% on demo and 20% on handover. Invoices are issued by PINCLER TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO or its Indian branch and are payable within 7 days.

Ownership

On final payment, all source code, designs and deliverables are assigned to you. Open-source components remain under their respective licences.

Warranty

Defects reported within the warranty window stated in your scope (14–60 days) are fixed free of charge. Changes in requirements are not defects.

AI-assisted development

We use AI tools to accelerate development. All output is reviewed by our engineers before delivery. Client-confidential data is never used to train third-party models.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

Contracts with our UAE entity are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai; contracts with our Indian branch by the laws of India.
