The problem
Switching from Zoho to HubSpot, from Tally to Zoho Books, from an old Access database to PostgreSQL or from ten spreadsheets to a new system stalls for one reason: the data is a mess. Duplicate customers with three spellings, phone numbers in five formats, dates as text, and fields that mean different things in each source. Teams in Dubai and Bangalore try it by hand, lose weeks, and still go live with broken records.
What we build
We profile every source, agree a field mapping and cleaning rules with you, then build a repeatable migration script in Python and pandas that deduplicates, standardises phones, emails, dates and addresses, validates against the target schema, loads in batches and produces a reconciliation report, with a dry run and rollback before the real cut-over. Claude reads sample exports and drafts the mapping and edge-case rules, DeepSeek handles bulk fuzzy matching cheaply, Claude Code writes the transformation and test code, and we verify record counts and totals by hand. Source code and a fixed price that never exceeds $2,500.
