The problem
Brokerages and developers in Dubai and Bangalore pay rising fees to list on portals that also show their competitors, then send leads to a shared WhatsApp group where the fastest agent wins. Their own website is a brochure with no search, listings are updated manually in three places, and there is no record of which campaign produced which enquiry.
What we build
We build your own listing platform in Next.js: map and list search with PostGIS, filters for type, price, beds and community, rich listing pages with galleries and floor plans, agent profiles, enquiry forms that route to the right agent by area, and an admin panel for listings, leads and XML feed import or export to Bayut, Property Finder and 99acres. Claude Code and Cursor scaffold the data model, search and admin in the first week, v0 produces the listing and search UI, and GPT generates the feed parsers and tests. Full source code, your own hosting and a fixed price that never exceeds $2,500.
