The problem

Balances are wrong, managers approve without seeing team coverage, and UAE labour law or Indian earned-leave rules are applied from memory. The HR manager loses two or three days a month to it and staff still complain.
What we build
We build a custom HR system where staff apply for leave from their phone, managers approve with full team visibility, balances accrue automatically by policy, and attendance flows in from biometric devices, the web clock-in or geolocated mobile check-in. Month-end payroll exports go straight to your payroll provider or Tally. Claude Code and Cursor generate the policy engine, roster logic and tests from your leave rules, v0 builds the employee and manager screens, and we review every calculation against your HR policy by hand. Full source code, your own hosting and a fixed price that never exceeds $2,500.
