The problem
A small brokerage retypes the same listing into three portals and its own website, each with different field names, photo rules and permit requirements. Prices drift out of sync, sold units stay live and generate wasted enquiries, and listings sink down the portal results because nobody remembers to refresh them. A coordinator can lose most of a day a week to copy-paste, and a mistyped Trakheesi permit number means the advert is pulled.
