Clay Workflow Build with Enrichment Waterfalls, AI Research Columns & CRM Push

A Clay Workflow Build costs $700 – $1,800 at PINCLER and takes 5–12 days to build. Clay tables that actually run: waterfalls, AI research columns and pushes to your CRM.

The price moves inside the $700 – $1,800 band based on how many of the features you need, the number of integrations, the number of user roles and whether existing data has to be migrated. That band is possible because AI coding tools write the first draft while senior engineers review every line, add automated tests and harden security. It covers this one workflow with standard integrations and never exceeds $2,500.

Expert Clay build-out: ICP sourcing, credit-efficient enrichment waterfalls, Claude and GPT research columns and pushes to HubSpot, Instantly or Smartlead. From $700 to $1,800.

The problem

Clay is the hottest tool in GTM engineering, and most teams use 10% of it. Tables are built by trial and error, enrichment credits burn on the wrong providers, AI columns return vague research, and the hand-off to the CRM or sequencer is a manual CSV export. The subscription is paid for; the pipeline it was meant to create never materialises.

What we build

We design your ICP and build the Clay workflows end to end: sourcing from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps or your own lists; waterfall enrichment across FullEnrich, Prospeo and Dropcontact; Claygent and AI research columns with prompts we write and test on Claude and GPT; scoring formulas and deduplication; HTTP API steps into your tools; and pushes to HubSpot, Zoho, Instantly or Smartlead. Prefer a Clay-style alternative such as Persana or Cargo? We build on that instead. With Cursor we ship the n8n glue and a credit-usage monitor within days. Custom software development from $700 to $1,800 – never more than $2,500 – with every table documented and handed over.

FAQ

Clay Workflow Build — Enrichment Waterfalls, AI Research Columns & CRM Push: common questions

What is a Clay workflow build?

A Clay workflow build is a set of production tables in your own Clay workspace that source prospects, enrich them through credit-efficient waterfalls, run AI research columns and push the results into your CRM or sequencer. It is the difference between paying for Clay and actually getting pipeline out of it. Every table is documented and handed over so your team can edit it safely.

How much does a Clay build cost?

A Clay build costs $700 to $1,800 at PINCLER as a fixed price, our lowest entry point in GTM engineering. The number of sources, enrichment providers and downstream integrations decide where you land. Your Clay subscription and enrichment credits are billed to you separately, and the quote never exceeds $2,500.

How long does a Clay build take?

A Clay build takes 5 to 12 days. Sourcing and the first enrichment waterfall are usually running within the first few days, and AI research columns, scoring and the CRM push take the rest. Training and handover happen at the end, with a recorded walkthrough of every table.

Which tools can the tables push into?

The tables push into HubSpot, Zoho, Instantly, Smartlead and Lemlist through their APIs, and into anything else via HTTP steps or an n8n workflow. Sourcing pulls from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator exports, Google Maps and your own lists. Enrichment waterfalls run across FullEnrich, Prospeo and Dropcontact.

How do you keep Clay credits under control?

Waterfalls are ordered by hit rate and cost for your specific market, and AI columns run only on leads that have already passed cheaper filters, which is where most credit waste happens. A monitor alerts you before a scheduled run exceeds budget. Most clients cut credit spend by a third.

Who owns the tables and the prompts?

The tables live in your own Clay workspace under your own subscription, and the prompt library, waterfall documentation and n8n glue are handed to you in full. Nothing runs on a PINCLER account. If you stop working with us the workflows keep running, and your team can edit them using the training we provide.

Do you build on Clay or on alternatives?

We build on Clay by default, because it has the deepest integrations and the most active ecosystem. If you already use Persana, Cargo or a similar tool, we build there instead and keep the same design principles, since the thinking about waterfall order, filters and scoring transfers between them. We will not push you to switch away from a tool you are happy with.

Who is this for, and when is it not worth it?

A Clay build makes sense when you already pay for Clay, have a defined ICP and a sequencer waiting for leads. If you have not yet decided who you sell to, spend that time first, because Clay will efficiently produce a large list of the wrong people. It is also unnecessary when your total addressable market is a few hundred accounts you could research by hand.
