We want engineers who use AI well, not depend on it. Take the free skill check. Then take the Sunday test. Pass it and turn on profile sharing. Then you get an interview within 30 days.

No. There is no minimum CGPA, college or resume filter. Any skill check score lets you take the Sunday test.

It passes all 5 checks once you add your seed values and put it online. You get 3 attempts on Sunday instead of 1. Your best score counts. You also get 180 practice questions and the handbook. No. They come with the ₹999 Builder Pass. The starter kit is a ZIP download, with a GitHub link. But you can build your webhook yourself, for free. Your seed values are on the test page. Same test, same marks, same interview.

It tests real AI work, not puzzles you can memorise. It has 3 parts. Part 1 has 20 timed questions, 45 seconds each. There are 3 question sets. Set 1 is about LLM costs. Set 2 is about hybrid RAG. Set 3 is about AI agents. Attempt 1 uses set 1, and so on. Part 2 is the live build. You put a webhook (a web link that gets messages) online. We test it with 5 checks. Part 3 is the 60-second code explanation (on webcam). You explain your code and change it live. Marks: Part 1 is 40, Part 2 is 45, Part 3 is 15. You pass with 85 or more out of 100.

Yes, for the build task. Use AI as a helper. But you must understand and change your own code. Answer the timed questions yourself. Do not give them to an AI chatbot. PinHire’s proprietary AI-Dependency Detection Algorithm (behavioral, timing & adversarial telemetry) catches this.

We protect every result in 5 ways. 1. PinHire’s proprietary AI-Dependency Detection Algorithm (behavioral, timing & adversarial telemetry). 2. A timed test that we check closely. 3. ID checks (one free account per person). 4. A different build task for every candidate. 5. A live check of your own code. We do not share how these checks work.

A free account gets 1 attempt. The ₹999 Builder Pass adds 2 backup attempts, so you get 3. All attempts are on Sunday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST. Each attempt uses a different question set. Part 1 takes at most 15 minutes. You must take a 15-minute break between attempts. The break starts when you submit. So submit as soon as you finish Part 1. You do not repeat Parts 2 and 3 in each attempt. We add your best marks for them to each attempt. Your best total score of the 3 counts. Start attempt 1 by 1:45 PM IST. Then you have time for all 3. You can finish a started attempt after 3:00 PM.
